Blooe.com typically ships within 2to3 days via USPS to orders placed within the USA.

Blooe can not be responsible for any delays caused by USPS due to incomplete or wrong address information provided by customer.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you have received a defective or damaged product, we will replace it for you. If you have problems with an item e-mail us at Su@Blooe.com.We are not able to refund shipping costs.

 

If your toy needs to be repaired also email su@blooe.com and we will arrange an appointment for it in our toy hospital.
